Heavy Metal Detox

Alkalize. Electrolytes are essential for proper pH control and elimination of any toxic substance. Take pH tests as directed in the book, Cleanse and Purify Thyself, Book One, by Richard Anderson. If you do not pass the pH tests, then follow the directions on how to replenish your electrolyte reserve.

 

Do not fast during the Heavy Metal Detox. You must eat. One of the main benefits of fasting is the dissolving of excess proteins and mucus. While on the Metal Detox program, specific amino acids may be carrying heavy metals that you are trying to eliminate from the body. Fasting may break down these protective protein layers, and the metals could become exposed and cause damage.

 

Do not take any supplementary enzymes. Enzymes can destroy the protein that carries the heavy metals out of the body, and could cause severe damage.

 

Take 1 or 2 psyllium shakes with bentonite daily. 1-1/2 hours later, take the two herbal formulas used during the Cleanse, in the same amounts as used when cleansing. Discussion: The toxic metals being released usually will find their way to the liver (hence the need for silymarin and glutathione in the antioxidant formula). The liver will then bind the metals with the amino acids and release them into the bile, which will find its way to the bowel. Under normal circumstances, the metals are usually re-absorbed back into the system. To prevent this from occurring, we use the psyllium-bentonite shake, which will absorb the metals and remove them from the body, permanently.

 

Directions -Follow the instructions below for 30 days

 

Between meals:  Rich Anderson’s antioxidant formula – Take 6 daily. L-Methionine – 500 mg. two times daily L-Cysteine – 500 mg. two times daily Opti Zinc – 50-100 mg. daily  Dentox – As directed on bottle. (Dentox prompts the body to release heavy metals from body tissues for removal.) In some cases, other factors may prompt a release of heavy metals. If heavy metals have already been released into the bloodstream (and symptoms of heavy metals toxicity are evident), the rest of the program may be used without Dentox to enable the body to simply remove what has already been released. Though heavy metals may be released into the bloodstream at any time, the body can only remove them when the proper nutritional elements are available (provided by the other items suggested here).

 

With meals: Perque Bone Guard – 1 before each meal.  Rich Anderson’s 2nd alkalizing mineral formula for special needs – Take 3, three times a day. After meals: Rich Anderson’s probiotic formula – Take 2 or more after each meal.

 

Note: The Metal Detox program can activate “cold”-like symptoms or any other kinds of symptoms that preceded or contributed towards the problems you may have experienced. This should not alarm you, for it is a sign that the Detox program is working. In fact, you can expect this to occur to some degree, and as with any other “cleansing reaction,” the old symptoms usually will re-manifest for a short time as the metals are being released from the body.

 

Diet:  Eat extra cauliflower, broccoli, and greens which are abundant in minerals, especially calcium. Also, if you can, drink at least two glasses of carrot juice daily. Adding kelp to the diet is also excellent.
